# wolf

> An AI sales agent on your phone line. wolf puts an AI agent on a business's phone line. It answers every call as the business, looks up answers in the inventory, pages and policies the owner gave it, books the next step, captures the lead, and hands a ready caller to a person on their mobile.

wolf runs the agent; the business does not set up a bot or write a script. An owner picks one of twenty industries and a role (sales agent, receptionist, service and support, intake, booking desk, executive assistant, or Custom with their own script), picks a voice, uploads what the agent should know, and goes live on a number in their area code or by forwarding their existing number. ## What the agent does on a call
- Answers as the business within about two seconds. Says it is an AI whenever anyone asks; never claims to be a person.
- Looks things up before it answers: inventory from a CSV (up to 2,000 rows), up to 20 of the business's web pages (re-read daily), typed policies, and rules the owner gave it in the dialogue. It never invents a price, an hour or a policy; when it does not know, it says so and writes the question down.
- Captures the lead (name, number, what they asked about, next step), books the next step by taking a day and time and reading it back, takes a message, or transfers the caller to a person on their mobile (one person, a team in turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback).
- Calls leads back when the owner asks. Emails the owner a summary after every call; the transcript is on the desk; no audio is kept. Texts to the line are saved and emailed; the agent does not text back yet.
- Never takes a card number, a deposit or a payment. Gives no legal, medical, financial or rate advice.

## Limits
- Calls to and from US and Canada numbers only. A call runs up to 10 minutes. Three inbound and three outbound calls at once; 60 outbound calls an hour.
- No calendar sync, no CRM or DMS integration, no PDF or Excel upload (CSV only), no texting back yet.

## Pricing
- Starter: $79 a month, one agent, one number, 300 minutes.
- Two agents: $128 a month, two agents, two numbers, 500 minutes shared.
- Growth: $199 a month, 1,000 minutes.
- Add an agent to any plan: $49 a month, 200 more minutes. Extra minutes 25 cents each, billed at the end of the month.
- Free trial: 7 days and 30 minutes with a card on file; nothing charged until day 8. One trial per person.
