Phone orders, taken right, confirmed by text.
Your line answers every order call. The agent takes the order against your own menu, offers the choices each item has, puts a name on every plate, reads it back with the total, and texts the caller the order. Only a YES goes to the kitchen.
Against your menu
Items, sizes, choices and prices come from your menu, never from memory. "No onions" goes on the ticket. Two people, two names.
One upsell, your words
A drink, a side, a dessert, offered once each when the order lacks them, in the words you give it. Never twice.
Confirmed by text
The caller gets the whole order with the total and the pickup time. YES confirms it. A change updates it and comes back for another YES.
Try the text, on your own phone.
Three ways the order gets paid.
You pick one for your restaurant. The agent never takes a card number on the phone.
Square restaurants
The confirmed order carries a payment link. The caller pays, and the order appears in your Square order manager and kitchen display. First restaurants on Square start first.
Toast and everyone else
The confirmed order goes to the kitchen as a ticket: a text to the kitchen phone, an email, or your printer. The caller pays at the counter. Toast's partner integration is in application.
We take the payment
The caller pays wolf by link, the money is deposited to you right away through Stripe, and wolf keeps 20% of the order. Half of what delivery apps take, with the payment handled.
What it costs.
Early-access pricing. Either a monthly plan sized to your call volume, or no monthly fee and 20% of each order when wolf collects the payment.
$99 a month
For a restaurant with a handful of phone orders a day. Minutes included; extra minutes 25 cents.
$159 a month
For a busy counter. More minutes, the same agent, the same text loop.
$249 a month
For a restaurant where the phone is a sales channel. The most minutes, priority onboarding.
Or $0 a month and 20% of each order when wolf collects the payment and pays you out. Final minute allowances are set with the first restaurants.
Where this is today
Wolf Eats is in early access. The text loop you can try above is real. The ordering agent, the menu import, the kitchen ticket and the Square connection are being built with the first restaurants, one at a time, by hand. The Toast connection needs Toast's partner approval, which we have applied for. Nothing on this page promises a connection that does not exist yet.
