7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Car dealers

Every call about a car, answered by someone who knows the lot.

Upload your inventory and the agent answers price, miles, and "is it still there" from the sheet, books the test drive, and rings a salesperson when the caller is ready. Nobody on the floor has to leave a customer to pick up.

Made for: Independent used-car lots · Franchise stores with a busy BDC · Buy-here-pay-here dealers · Specialty and classic car dealers

What you get after the call
Test drive booked · 2021 Tahoe LT, stock H4471 · Thu 5:30 pm

Asked whether the 2021 Tahoe LT was still available and the price. The agent confirmed stock H4471 at $44,900 with 38,200 miles from the inventory sheet. Marcus wants to see it Thursday after work; booked for 5:30 pm and read back. He is trading a 2016 Explorer.

  • Have H4471 pulled up front Thursday at 5:30 pm
  • Prepare a trade estimate for a 2016 Explorer

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

AI phone answering for car dealers that knows the lot

Dealers who look for AI phone answering for car dealers usually find a call center with a script. This one knows your inventory. It reads the stock number back, quotes the price on the sheet and nothing else, books the test drive, and puts a ready buyer through to a salesperson. Every call ends as a lead with the vehicle in it, not a sticky note.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while every salesperson is with a customer.
  • "Is the silver one still there?" asked forty times a week.
  • Leads from the evening that go cold by morning.
  • A voicemail that says "call me back" and nothing else.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your store, by name, within two seconds.
  • Looks up the unit the caller means: stock number, year, make, model, trim, price, miles, and whether it is still available.
  • Books the test drive: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Takes the lead when the caller is not ready, with the vehicle they asked about and when to call.
  • Hands a hot caller to a salesperson on their mobile, in turns or by shift.
  • Calls a lead back when you ask it to, and emails you a summary after every call.

Questions from car dealers

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
