Roles

What an AI phone agent can do, in six finished roles.

A role is a finished template: what to ask, what to look up, what to capture, what never to do. You pick one per line and turn a few knobs. Custom opens the whole script.

Sales agent

A salesperson who knows the stock and never leaves the phone.

It answers what you sell from the sheet you gave it, finds out what matters to the caller, and moves them to the next step: a test drive, a sea trial, a tour, a consultation. Warm, quick and specific. Never pushy.

Receptionist

The front desk that picks up every time.

It answers warmly, finds out who is calling and what they need, and gets them where they should go: an answer from your pages, an appointment, a clear message, or a person on their mobile. It never guesses.

Service & support

Customers you already have, looked after on the first ring.

Hours, status, prices, policies, and the next appointment, answered from your own pages and your rules. When a problem needs a person, it takes the specifics once and says who will follow up and when.

Intake

Every new inquiry, collected once and cleanly.

A new caller needs the right details taken the first time, so a person can follow up without a second call for basics. The agent asks one question at a time, reads numbers back, and never gives advice it is not allowed to give.

Booking desk

"Do you have anything Saturday?" handled.

Its one job is to find a time that works and confirm it: the service, the day and time, who it is for, and the number to reach them. It offers the nearest options instead of reading a list, and reads the final time back before it writes it down.

Executive assistant

Your own line, answered when you cannot.

Give out the number, or forward the calls you miss. Callers reach an assistant that knows who you are, takes real notes instead of "please call back", and calls people for you when you ask. Every call ends as a written summary.

One role per line

A line does one job well. A sales line is a salesperson who knows the lot; a service line is the service desk. Two jobs, two agents, two numbers, one desk. Two agents is $128 a month.

The knobs

What to do when a caller is interested: book the next step, take their details, or put them through to a person. Who to transfer to: one person, a team taking turns, or a schedule by day and time. What never to promise. The role fits the trade: pick your industry and the right roles are already there.

Questions about roles

Straight answers.

Do I have to set up a bot or write a script?

No. The agent is ours and it runs on our servers. You answer six questions about your business, pick a role, and upload what it should know. If you want to write the whole script yourself, the Custom role opens it up, with room for about two thousand words.

What happens when someone calls?

The agent answers as your business within about two seconds. It finds out who is calling and what they need, looks up the answer, and moves to the next step: a booking, a lead, a message, or a transfer. Then it emails you a summary and the transcript is on your desk.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Why two agents?

Because sales and service are different jobs. One agent answers the sales line as a salesperson who knows the lot; another answers the service line as the service desk. Each has its own number, voice, greeting and knowledge, and they share one pool of minutes.
