7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Boat & yacht sales

Every call about a boat, answered by someone who knows every boat you have.

Upload your inventory and the agent answers price, year, and "is it sold yet" from the sheet. It reads the engine hours from your listing page, books the sea trial, and rings a broker when the caller is ready. Nobody has to leave a customer on the dock to pick up the phone.

Made for: Boat dealers with new and used inventory · Yacht brokerages · Marinas with a sales desk and a service yard · Pontoon, fishing and ski boat dealers

What you get after the call
Sea trial booked · 2019 28 ft center console, stock B2210 · Sat 10:00 am

Asked whether the 2019 28-foot center console was still for sale and whether the trailer came with it. The agent confirmed stock B2210 at $118,500 from the inventory sheet and read the engine hours, 310, from the listing page. The trailer was not in either, so it noted the question for a broker. Dana wants to take it out Saturday morning; booked for 10:00 am and read back.

  • Confirm whether B2210 comes with the trailer before Saturday
  • Have B2210 fueled and in the water for 10:00 am Saturday

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI phone agent for boat dealers and yacht brokers

An answering service takes a name and says someone will call. An AI phone agent for boat dealers has to know the boats. This one reads your inventory: it gives the stock number back, the price on the sheet and nothing else, books the sea trial, and puts a ready buyer through to a broker. The call ends as a lead with the boat in it.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while every broker is out on a sea trial.
  • "Is the 28-foot center console still there?" asked twenty times a week.
  • Weekend buyers who call while the showroom is closed and buy somewhere else by Monday.
  • A voicemail with a first name and no number.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your dealership, by name, within two seconds.
  • Looks up the boat the caller means: year, make, model, price, and whether it is still for sale, from your sheet and your listing pages.
  • Books the sea trial: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Takes the lead when the caller is still deciding, with the boat they asked about and the best time to call.
  • Hands a ready buyer to a broker on their mobile, one person or a team taking turns.
  • Calls a lead back when you ask it to, and emails you a summary after every call.

Questions from boat & yacht sales

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
