7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · RV & powersports

Every call about an RV or a side-by-side, answered by someone who knows your lot.

Upload your inventory and the agent answers price, year, and "do you still have it" from the sheet. It reads the dry weight from your listing page, books the walk-through, and rings a salesperson when the caller is ready. Nobody has to step out of a delivery to pick up the phone.

Made for: RV dealers with travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes · Powersports dealers: ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles and jet skis · Trailer and camper lots · Dealers with a busy parts and accessories counter

What you get after the call
Walk-through booked · 2023 25 ft travel trailer, stock R3318 · Sat 11:00 am

Asked about the 2023 25-foot travel trailer and whether a half-ton pickup could pull it. The agent confirmed stock R3318 at $31,900 from the inventory sheet and read the dry weight, 5,640 lb, from the listing page. It said a salesperson would go over the tow match and noted that Tom drives a 2020 F-150. Booked a walk-through for Saturday at 11:00 am and read it back.

  • Check the tow match for a 2020 F-150 and R3318 before Saturday
  • Have R3318 open with the slides out for 11:00 am Saturday

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

AI phone answering for RV dealers and powersports stores

A generic answering service does not know a fifth wheel from a toy hauler. AI phone answering for RV dealers has to read the lot. This agent gives the price on the sheet and the weight on the listing page, asks what the caller tows with, and books the walk-through. A parts call ends as a note for the counter, not ten minutes off a salesperson's day.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while every salesperson is doing a walk-through.
  • "What does it weigh?" and "will my truck pull it?" asked all day.
  • Parts calls that tie up a salesperson for ten minutes.
  • Spring weekend leads that sit in voicemail until Monday.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your dealership, by name, within two seconds.
  • Looks up the unit the caller means: stock number, year, make, model, price, and whether it is still on the lot.
  • Reads the dry weight or the length from your listing page, asks what the caller tows with, and leaves the match to a salesperson.
  • Books the walk-through: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Takes the lead when the caller is not ready, or hands a ready buyer to a salesperson on their mobile.
  • Calls a lead back when you ask it to, and emails you a summary after every call.

Questions from rv & powersports

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
