7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Solar & home energy

Every homeowner who asks what solar costs, turned into a site visit, not a guess.

The agent answers your line, asks about the roof, the bill, and who owns the home, and books the site visit. It quotes nothing it was not given. Your consultants get a visit with the facts attached, not a voicemail that says "interested in solar".

Made for: Residential solar installers · Dealers who sell for a larger installer · Battery and home energy companies · Roofing and HVAC companies that added solar

What you get after the call
Site visit booked · 14 Birch Ln, asphalt roof · Fri 1:00 pm

Asked what solar would cost for her house. The agent said the price depends on the roof and the usage and that a consultant would see it in person. Maria owns the home at 14 Birch Lane, has an asphalt roof about eight years old, and pays about $210 a month to the utility. Booked a site visit for Friday at 1:00 pm and read it back.

  • Look up 14 Birch Lane before the Friday 1:00 pm visit
  • Bring the financing one-pager; she asked about monthly payments

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI appointment setter for solar companies

An answering service writes down "wants solar" and a phone number. An AI appointment setter for solar companies has to ask what a consultant would ask: the roof, the bill, who owns the home. This one does, gives no price it was not given, and books the site visit on the spot. The consultant shows up knowing the house, and the lead does not go cold between the call and the callback.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while every consultant is on a roof or in a living room.
  • "How much does it cost?" with no answer that fits every house.
  • Leads from an ad campaign that call once and never again.
  • Callers who want a number before anyone has seen the roof.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your company, by name, within two seconds.
  • Takes the quote intake: the address, whether the caller owns the home, the roof type and age, the monthly bill, and the utility.
  • Quotes only what you gave it. If the answer is "it depends on the roof", it says so and books the visit.
  • Books the site visit: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Answers questions from your pages and policies: the process, timelines, warranties, and what you wrote about incentives.
  • Hands a ready homeowner to a consultant on their mobile, calls a lead back when you ask, and emails you a summary after every call.

Questions from solar & home energy

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
