7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Real estate

Every call about a listing, answered while you are at a showing.

Give the agent your listing pages and your office policies and it answers "is it still available" and "can I see it Sunday" from what you gave it. It books the showing, takes the buyer's details, and rings you when a caller is ready to move. No lead goes to voicemail while you are with a client.

Made for: Independent brokerages · Teams inside a franchise office · Solo agents who are always at a showing · Property managers with rentals to show

What you get after the call
Showing booked · 418 Elm St · Mon 9:30 am

Called Sunday at 8:40 pm about the listing at 418 Elm Street. The agent confirmed it is still active at $489,000 with three bedrooms from the listing page. Priya is pre-approved and has no agent yet. She wants to see it before work Monday; booked for 9:30 am and read back.

  • Confirm the Monday 9:30 am showing with the seller
  • Send Priya the buyer agreement before the showing

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI receptionist for real estate agents and brokerages

An answering service takes a message and the buyer calls the next agent on the list. An AI receptionist for real estate has to know the listings. This one reads the price and status from your pages, takes the buyer's details, and books the showing while you are still at the last one. The call ends as a lead with the address in it, not a missed call.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings in the middle of a showing and goes to voicemail.
  • "Is it still available?" from a portal lead who already called three other agents.
  • Sunday night buyers who want a showing Monday morning.
  • A voicemail that says "saw your sign" with no address and no number.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your office, by name, within two seconds.
  • Looks up the listing the caller means and answers price, beds, baths, and whether it is still active from your listing pages.
  • Takes buyer intake: what they are looking for, the area, the budget, and whether they are pre-approved.
  • Books the showing: the address, a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Hands a ready buyer or a seller to you on your mobile, or to whichever agent is on floor duty that day.
  • Gives no opinion on price or on an offer, says an agent will call, and emails you a summary after every call.
What to give it

What it knows about real estate.

01

Your listings on your own site and on the portals, up to 20 pages, re-read every day so price and status stay current.

02

A CSV of your active listings, if you keep one: listing id, listing title, price, status, and link.

03

Office hours, your showing windows, your buyer agreement policy, and what to say about rentals.

04

Rules you give it in the dialogue, like "no showings on the Elm Street listing until the open house".

Roles

The jobs it can take for real estate.

One role per line. Two jobs, two agents, one desk.

Buyer intake

Takes what a buyer wants, the area, the budget, the timeline, and whether they are pre-approved, for an agent to follow up once.

Questions from real estate

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
