Your loan programs in plain words, as typed policies: what you offer and the minimums, without a rate.
Every call about a loan, taken down right, with no rate guessed.
The agent answers your line, collects what a loan officer needs, and books the consultation. It gives no advice and quotes no rate from memory. It reads the document list you typed, and a loan officer calls back with the numbers.
Made for: Mortgage brokers · Independent lenders and branch offices · Loan officers who are always on the phone with another client · Hard-money and private lenders
Asked what the rate would be on a $420,000 purchase with 10% down. The agent said it does not quote rates and that a loan officer would go over them. Jordan is buying in the next 60 days, has not been pre-approved, and gave a credit range in the mid-700s. Booked a call with a loan officer for Tuesday at 2:00 pm and read it back.
- Call Jordan Tuesday at 2:00 pm with purchase options at 10% down
An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.
An AI receptionist for mortgage brokers and lenders
An answering service cannot tell a refinance from a purchase, so the message says "call back about a loan". An AI receptionist for mortgage brokers has to ask what a loan officer would ask first. This one does, and it never guesses a rate. It takes the numbers, reads your document list, and books the call. The loan officer picks up a file, not a name.
- The phone rings while every loan officer is on another call.
- "What is your rate today?" from a caller who hangs up when nobody can say.
- Pre-approval requests left on voicemail with no numbers.
- Document questions that pull a loan officer off a closing.
- Answers as your company, by name, within two seconds.
- Gives no advice and quotes no rate from memory. It says a loan officer will go over rates and collects what that officer needs.
- Takes the inquiry: purchase or refinance, the price or balance, the down payment, the credit range the caller gives, and the timeline.
- Reads your document checklist to a borrower from what you typed in, item by item.
- Books the consultation: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
- Hands a ready borrower to a loan officer on their mobile, and emails you a summary after every call.
What it knows about mortgage & lending.
Your website's program and document pages, re-read every day.
Hours, the states you are licensed in, and the document checklist for a purchase and for a refinance.
Rules you give it in the dialogue, like "never give a rate; say a loan officer will call today".
The jobs it can take for mortgage & lending.
One role per line. Two jobs, two agents, one desk.
Takes a purchase or refinance inquiry: the numbers the caller gives, the timeline, and the best time for a loan officer to call.
Says a loan officer will quote the rate, reads the document checklist, and takes a message about a file in progress.
Routes the call: a new inquiry, a file in progress, a message, or a loan officer.
A call of the same kind.
Straight answers.
How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?
You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.
Can it book appointments?
Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.
Can it put a caller through to a person?
Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.
Can it take a card or a deposit?
No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
