AI voice agent for small business, on a real phone line.
A voice agent talks and listens on a phone call, in a natural voice, with tools: it looks things up, books, transfers, calls out and writes down what happened. wolf gives a small business one on its own number, set up from an industry and a role instead of a script. From $79 a month.
Looks things up
Inventory from your CSV, up to 20 of your web pages re-read daily, typed policies, and the rules you give it in a sentence. It answers from those and nothing else.
Books and records
Takes a day and time and reads it back; captures a lead with the name, number and what they wanted; takes a message with the specifics, not a voicemail.
Transfers to a person
Rings the person you choose on their mobile, by schedule or in turns, and takes a callback if nobody picks up.
Calls out when you ask
Calls a lead back, confirms an appointment, works a phone menu with real touch-tones, waits on hold, and opens by saying who it is and why.
Texts and email
Texts to the line are saved and emailed to you. The line has its own email address, and the agent can email a caller what they asked for.
Reports
A written summary after every call, the transcript on your desk, and every question it could not answer in one list, with a button to add the answer.
Your voice, your pick.
Two engines, thirty-odd voices. Live voices talk and listen at the same time, so a caller can interrupt. Grok voices are the originals, the clearest on a phone line. Once you have signed up, the agent calls your own mobile so you hear it in your own ear.
What an AI phone agent can do, in six finished roles.
A role is a finished template: what to ask, what to look up, what to capture, what never to do. You pick one per line and turn a few knobs. Custom opens the whole script.

See the role →The rules it keeps on every call
- Says it is an AI whenever anyone asks. Never claims to be a person.
- Never states a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy it did not just look up.
- Never takes a card number, a deposit or a payment on a call.
- Shares nothing about you with a caller beyond what you put in its brief.
- Hands off to a person when the caller asks for one, or when your role says to.
The whole list, and how your data is handled, is on Trust and safety.

What an AI voice agent is, and what wolf's can do
An AI voice agent is a model that speaks and listens on a live phone call and can act: look something up, book a time, ring a person, press a key on a menu. wolf's AI voice agent runs on a business's own number with the business's own inventory, pages and policies, answers inbound calls, places outbound ones when asked, and writes a summary after each. Two speech engines, two dozen voices, one flat price.
One agent, one number, all the services.
Month to month. Add an agent whenever the service desk, a second location, or you yourself need one.
One agent, one number, one role. Knowledge uploads, texts turned into email, callbacks to leads, a summary after every call, the dialogue.
- A real number in your area code
- 300 minutes of calls a month
- Inventory, pages and policies it answers from
- Leads, bookings, messages and a summary after every call
Two agents, two numbers, 500 minutes in one shared pool. Two roles, say sales and service, each with its own voice, greeting and knowledge. Everything in Starter.

Straight answers.
What is wolf?
A phone line with an AI agent on it for your business. You pick your industry and a role, give the agent what it knows, and it answers every call: it looks up the answer, books the next step, takes the lead, and hands a ready caller to a person. After every call you get a written summary.
How good is the voice?
Good enough that callers treat it as a person. There are two engines. Live voices talk and listen at the same time, so a caller can interrupt. Grok voices are the originals, the clearest on a phone line. Every voice has a play button in Settings, and you can switch any time.
How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?
You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.
Can it call people back?
Yes. Ask it in the dialogue, or from the desk: "call Marcus back about the Tahoe." It places the call, opens by saying who is calling and why, and emails you what was agreed. It calls US and Canada numbers only.
Does it pretend to be human?
No. It speaks as your business and says it is an AI whenever anyone asks. People are more helpful when they know.
