Intake that checks itself
A wolf line sets itself up from a role and an upload. An Eats line is not live until the menu is in with every item, price and choice checked against your point of sale or your menu page, and a test order has landed on your own phone. Restaurants do not get a second chance with a wrong order.
The menu
Items, sizes, choices, upcharges, what is 86'd tonight, your hours and your prep time, kept current: re-read from your point of sale or your pages every day, and fixed the moment you text us a change. That is a living thing, not a file.
The order logic
A cart priced on the server, never by a model; the choices each item has; a name on every plate; one upsell per category in your words; a read-back with tax and the pickup time. Ordering is the hardest thing a phone agent does, and it is what Eats is for.
Text first
Every order is texted to the caller and nothing reaches the kitchen without a YES. The number also answers "menu", "I'm hungry" and "same" by text, and remembers regulars. Texting from your own number means carrier registration and a sender that stays clean, which we carry for you.
More minutes, in bursts
Order calls run longer than a question, and they come three at a time at 6:40. Eats plans carry more minutes than wolf plans at the same price step, so the rush does not run you into extra minutes.
The kitchen
A confirmed order goes to your point of sale where we are connected, or to the kitchen as a ticket by text, email or printer. Either way it is one more system we keep alive for you, every service, every night.
