Your price list as a CSV: service, price, how long it takes.
Every bay full, every hand busy, and the phone still answered.
Give it your price list and your hours and the agent answers what an oil change costs and when you open, books the drop-off with the car and the symptom, and takes a status call so the advisor rings back once. Nobody crawls out from under a lift to pick up.
Made for: Independent repair shops · Body and collision shops · Tire and brake shops · Quick lube and inspection stations
Called Sunday about a grinding noise when braking on his 2017 Civic. The agent read the hours, said the shop opens Monday at 7:30 am, and quoted the $49 brake inspection from the price list. Booked the drop-off Monday at 7:30 am, read back, with the plate 7KLM482. Luis asked whether a loaner is available.
- Have a bay open for the Civic at 7:30 am Monday
- Tell Luis whether a loaner is available
An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.
AI phone answering for auto repair shops and body shops
A generic answering service does not know what you charge for a brake inspection or that you are closed Sunday. AI phone answering for auto repair shops has to have your price list and your hours, and this one does. It books the drop-off with the plate and the symptom, takes the status call so the advisor rings back once, and emails you the note.
- The phone rings while the advisor is under the hood with a customer.
- "Is my car ready?" ten times a day, each one a walk to the bay.
- A Sunday caller who gets voicemail and goes to the chain down the road.
- Drop-offs written on a clipboard, missing the plate.
- Answers as your shop, by name, within two seconds.
- Quotes prices from your list, like an oil change or a brake inspection, and nothing it was not given.
- Books the drop-off: the car, the plate, the symptom, a day and time, read back.
- Takes a status call: the plate or name and what they need to know, and tells them the advisor will ring back.
- Says a car is ready when you have told it so in the dialogue.
- Hands a caller to the advisor on their mobile, and emails you a summary after every call.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?
You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.
Can it book appointments?
Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.
Can it put a caller through to a person?
Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.
Can it take a card or a deposit?
No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
