7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Med spas

Every price question at 8 pm, answered from your own treatment menu.

Upload your treatment menu and the agent answers prices and what a visit includes from the sheet, books the consultation, and takes a message for the provider. It gives no medical advice. Nobody steps out of a treatment room to pick up.

Made for: Med spas and aesthetic clinics · Injector-owned practices · Laser and skin clinics · Aesthetic groups with more than one location

What you get after the call
Consultation booked · Lip filler · Fri 2:00 pm

Asked what lip filler costs and whether it hurts. The agent quoted $650 a syringe from the menu and said the provider would cover comfort and what to expect at the consult. Priya booked Friday at 2:00 pm and the time was read back. She asked whether she can have a facial the same day.

  • Have the provider say whether a facial can follow filler the same day
  • Put Priya on the Friday 2:00 pm consult list

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI receptionist for med spas

An answering service takes a name and says someone will call. An AI receptionist for med spas has to have your treatment menu, and this one does. It quotes the price on the sheet, says what the visit includes, and books the consultation. It never gives medical advice, so the questions that need a provider reach one with the facts already written down.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while the only person at the desk is checking someone in.
  • "How much is a syringe?" asked all day, and answered a different way each time.
  • Consult requests from the evening that sit until morning.
  • Callers who want medical answers the desk should not give.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your spa, by name, within two seconds.
  • Quotes prices and what each treatment includes from your menu, and nothing it was not given.
  • Books the consultation: a day and time, read back, with the caller's name and number.
  • Gives no medical advice. It writes down the caller's concern and books a provider to answer it.
  • Takes a message for the provider when a question needs one.
  • Emails you a summary after every call, and calls a patient back when you ask it to.

Questions from med spas & aesthetics

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
