7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Salons & barbers

The phone that rings mid-foil, answered by a desk that knows your prices.

Upload your service list and the agent answers prices and how long a service takes, books the appointment with the right stylist, and reads your cancellation policy the same way every time. Nobody puts down the shears to pick up.

Made for: Hair salons and color studios · Barbershops · Blowout and braiding bars · Nail and lash studios

What you get after the call
Appointment booked · Full balayage with Dana · Sat 2:00 pm

Asked what a balayage costs and whether Dana has anything on Saturday. The agent quoted $220 and about three hours from the service list. Elena booked Saturday at 2:00 pm with Dana, read back, and heard the 24-hour cancellation policy. She asked whether she should arrive with clean hair.

  • Confirm the Saturday 2:00 pm slot with Dana, three hours
  • Tell Elena whether to arrive with clean hair

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI receptionist for hair salons and barbershops

A call center with a script cannot say what a balayage costs in your chair or how long Dana needs for it. An AI receptionist for hair salons has to have your service list, and this one does. It quotes the price, books the time with the right stylist, and reads the cancellation policy out loud. The client who would have hung up on voicemail is on your desk with a day and a time.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings while every stylist has their hands in someone's hair.
  • "How much is a balayage?" answered from memory, and wrong.
  • Evening booking requests that wait until the desk opens.
  • No-shows because nobody read the cancellation policy out loud.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your salon, by name, within two seconds.
  • Quotes prices and how long each service takes from your list, and nothing it was not given.
  • Books the appointment: the service, the stylist if the caller has one, a day and time, read back.
  • Reads your cancellation and late policy to every new booking.
  • Takes a message for a stylist when a question is theirs to answer.
  • Emails you a summary after every call, and calls a client back when you ask it to.

Questions from hair salons & barbers

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
