7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Day spas

A quiet treatment room, and a phone that still gets answered.

Upload your treatment menu and the agent answers prices and lengths from the sheet, books the appointment with a therapist, and reads your arrival and cancellation policy to every caller. The room stays quiet.

Made for: Day spas · Massage studios and clinics · Facial and skincare studios · Hotel and resort spas

What you get after the call
Appointment booked · Couples massage, 90 minutes · Sat 11:00 am

Asked for a couples massage this Saturday. The agent quoted $320 for ninety minutes from the menu and said two therapists are needed. Booked Saturday at 11:00 am, read back, with the arrival policy and the 24-hour cancellation window. Tom asked whether the couples room has a shower.

  • Confirm two therapists for Saturday at 11:00 am
  • Tell Tom whether the couples room has a shower

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

An AI receptionist for day spas and massage studios

A generic answering service takes a name and hangs up. An AI receptionist for day spas has to know the ninety-minute costs $320 and needs two therapists on a Saturday. This one does. It books the time, reads the policy the same way every time, and writes the question it could not answer in your note. Nobody steps out of a room to do it.

Sound familiar
  • The phone rings in a treatment room and nobody can take it.
  • "How much is the ninety-minute?" answered differently by each therapist.
  • Couples requests that need two therapists free at the same time.
  • A cancellation policy that is on the website and nowhere else.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your spa, by name, within two seconds.
  • Quotes prices and lengths from your treatment menu, and says what each includes.
  • Books the appointment: the treatment, one or two therapists, a day and time, read back.
  • Reads your arrival, cancellation and gift card policy to every new booking.
  • Takes a message when a caller needs a therapist's answer, and notes the question for you.
  • Emails you a summary after every call, and calls a client back when you ask it to.

Questions from day spas & massage

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
