7 days on us. An agent on a real number, with 30 minutes of calls. Nothing charged today. How the trial works
Industries · Hotels & rentals

Check-in at three, a line at the desk, and the phone still answered.

Give it your rooms, rates and policy pages and the agent answers check-in times, parking and pet rules from them, takes a reservation request with dates and a name, and notes a guest's room number for the desk. The desk never leaves the guest in front of it.

Made for: Independent hotels and inns · Vacation rental managers · Bed and breakfasts · Motels and extended-stay properties

What you get after the call
Late check-out requested · Room 214 · Sun 1:00 pm

Asked for a late check-out on Sunday and where to park a second car. The agent read the 1:00 pm late check-out option and the $15 fee from the hotel's policy page, and said the lot behind the building takes a second car with a pass from the desk. Noted room 214 and the 1:00 pm request for the desk.

  • Approve the 1:00 pm late check-out for room 214 and add the fee
  • Leave a second parking pass at the desk for room 214

An example. The names and numbers are invented; the shape is what every call produces.

AI phone answering for hotels and vacation rentals

A generic answering service does not know your check-out time or where the second car goes. AI phone answering for hotels has to read your own pages, and this one does, every day. It answers the question, takes the reservation request with the dates, notes the room number, and emails the desk. The guest who called at midnight is a name and a date on your desk by morning.

Sound familiar
  • Three guests at the desk and the phone ringing behind them.
  • "What time is check-out?" asked by every guest, every day.
  • A booking inquiry at midnight that never gets a call back.
  • A late check-out request that reaches the desk after the guest has left.
What the agent does on the line
  • Answers as your property, by name, within two seconds.
  • Answers check-in and check-out times, parking, pets, breakfast and rates from your own pages.
  • Takes the reservation request: dates, guests, room type, a name and number, read back, for the desk to confirm.
  • Takes a guest request with the room number: late check-out, extra towels, a question for the manager.
  • Hands a guest who asks for a person to the manager on duty on their mobile.
  • Emails you a summary after every call, and calls a guest back when you ask it to.

Questions from hotels & vacation rentals

Straight answers.

How does it know my inventory, my prices and my hours?

You give it three things. A spreadsheet, exported from your system as a CSV, with up to two thousand rows; it recognises the columns by name. Up to twenty pages from your own website, which it reads when you add them and re-reads every day. And typed policies: hours, financing, cancellation, anything you would tell a new hire. You can also tell it things in the dialogue, and each one becomes a standing rule.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, tells the caller someone will follow up, and writes the question down. Every question it could not answer is in one list on your desk, so you can add the fact once. It never invents a price, an hour, a stock number or a policy.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It offers the nearest times from the windows you set, takes the day and time, reads it back, and records the booking with the caller's name and number. The booking lands in your inbox and on your desk. It does not yet write to Google or Outlook calendars, so your team confirms it in whatever you use today.

Can it put a caller through to a person?

Yes. When a caller is ready, the agent rings a person on their mobile and connects them. You choose who: one person, a team that takes turns, or a schedule by day and time with a fallback. If nobody picks up, the agent takes the caller's name and number and promises a call back.

Can it take a card or a deposit?

No. The agent never reads out or takes a card number, and never agrees to a charge. Payments stay in the tools you use today. A booking or a lead is the most it commits you to.
